Bayswater Holiday Home Policies

Payment Policy
• 50% on booking accommodation.
• Balance 45 days before arrival.
• If booking time less than 30days from arrival date — payment in full on booking accommodation is required.

Cancellation Policy:
• 45 days or more prior to arrival Full Refund.
• Between 45 days and 15 days prior to arrival Full Refund less 50%.
• 15 days or less prior to arrival No Refund.

However – if between 45 days and your original arrival day we are able to re-book all or part of your booking we will refund you the full amount less a 10% cancellation for those days re- booked.

Arrival Process

On arrival in Paihia please go to the apartment upstairs in the colonial building in front of Bayswater, above Only Seafood Restaurant for the keys (it's the owner's apartment).
