Bayswater Holiday Home Policies

Payment Policy
• 50% on booking accommodation.
• Balance 45 days before arrival.
• If booking time less than 30days from arrival date — payment in full on booking accommodation is required.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days or more Full Refund
• Between 30 days and 8 days prior to arrival - Full Refund less a 10% cancellation fee on nights that are not able to be re-booked. ie any nights that we can re book we will give you a Full Refund.
• 7 days or less - No Refund.

Arrival Process

On arrival in Paihia please go to the apartment upstairs in the colonial building in front of Bayswater, above Only Seafood Restaurant for the keys (it's the owner's apartment).
